To complete Blood Sacrifice in Path of Exile 2, you must defeat enemies in Utzaal.
Defeat enemies in Utzaal until they drop a Sacrificial Heart.
Once you’ve obtained it, go to the ritual altar in Aggorat and place the heart on it.
Lastly, use the Sacrificial Dagger to stab the Sacrificial Heart to get two Skill Points.
