To get Precious Blessing Pouches in Throne and Liberty, you need to complete level 50 contracts that reward it.
You can also purchase a pouch every day from a Contract Coin Merchant.
Method 1: Complete level 50 contracts
- Interact with Contract Manager Felix in Watcher’s Post.
- Accept Contracts with a Precious Blessing Pouch as a reward.
- Refresh Contracts until there is a Precious Blessing Pouch reward.
Note: You need to accept a Contract before you can refresh the Contract list.
Method 2: Purchase from the Contract Coin Merchant
- Make your way to a Contract Coin Merchant (e.g. Aroke in Stoneguard Castle).
