To get the Hand of Reckoning rune in WoW (Season of Discovery), you need to go to Stonesplinter Valley in Loch Modan.
Open the Sunken Reliquary underwater to get the Libram of Justice and defeat 10 enemies while stunned by the Hammer of Justice to get the rune.
Hand of Reckoning rune location in WoW:
- Go to Stonesplinter Valley in Loch Modan.
- There is a Sunken Reliquary that contains a Libram of Justice inside the cave.
- Defeat 10 enemies while stunned by the Hammer of Justice to get the rune.
