How to Fix Spinning Clock on Telegram

When you try to send a message, there is a clock that constantly spins next to the chat message.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to fix spinning clock on Telegram on iPhone or Android devices (messages kept in a clock state/timer).

What does the clock mean on Telegram?

The clock on Telegram means that the message is currently being sent, but it’s not sent yet.

This happens if the size of your message is large or your internet speed is slow.

It can also happen because your internet connection is unstable or not active.

In some cases, Telegram might be down, so you can’t send messages until the app is back up.

To fix the spinning clock on Telegram, you must first check if the app is down by heading to Down Detector or Twitter/𝕏.

If the app is down, you need to wait for a few minutes to hours for the servers to be back up.

Go to downdetector.com/status/telegram.
Check if there’s a spike in the number of reports.
If there is a lot of reports, it means that Telegram is down.
If Telegram is down, you need to wait for it to be back up (this can take a few minutes to hours).
