To find Perch in Fisch, you need to be at least level 5 and buy a boat from the Shipwright.
Use the boat and head west from the Moosewood dock until you reach Roselit Bay.
Once you’re at Roselit Bay, head west to Roselit Pond and fish for Perch.
The perch is located below the ladder opposite the nearby bridge.
