To fix it, try lowering the VRAM scale target to 60 (or lower), turn off Nvidia Reflex, or turn off Nvidia DLSS Frame Generation.

Fix 1: Lower VRAM Scale Target to 60

1. Launch Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
2. Select the Settings icon on the top right.
3. Select “Graphics” and select the “Quality” tab.
4. Set the “VRAM Scale Target” to 60.
