Here’s how to do the Intention vs Instinct quest in WoW:
- Talk to Greenspeaker Na’layro (42.27 42.55 Azj-Kahet) to start the Intention vs Instinct quest.
- Go inside the burrow at 40.00 39.71.
- Defeat Wormcaller Iz’tikrine inside the burrow to get the Singing Stone.
- Return the Singing Stone to Greenspeaker Na’layro to complete the quest.
The cave formation has two burrows—the WRONG burrow is next to a big worm named Ahg’zagall.
To find Wormcaller Iz’tikrine, turn your back from the worm to face a small hill with a root, head across to find a similar room, and the RIGHT burrow is at its center.
