Find and get all of the map data chips (watch the first video above).
Give all of the map data chips to Shanhai 9000 at your base.
Continue the story until you talk to Elgong at the Tianhuo Research Institute for the first time and she steals all of the Sol Seals.
After the cutscene, go back to Tiandao Research Center (bottom left corner—expand the screenshot above).
Defeat the Mutant to get the Found You achievement!
